Despite looking healthy, my body was quietly fighting a battle I had no idea about...
In 2021Ā I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition called Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, a condition that can cause your body to attack itself using hormones. It can cause hair loss and it can make it extremely difficult to lose unwanted weight.
My diagnosis made me realize that if it could happen to me, it could happen to anyone.

Luckily, I had the pleasure of studying under celebrity herbalist and my sister Tiara Willis who is infamously know for her Duck flower detox with Wallo and other artist who have publicly spoken of her work like T Grizzly and Woody McClain. I had a front-row seat as I watched this women transform bodies and health with lifestyle and nutrition changes. So, I decided to bet on myself and help my body heal naturally by taking her coarse and becoming a Certified Herbalist and thatās exactly what I was able to do. Now Iām on a mission to help as many women as I can with thyroid and hormone imbalances do the same.
