Despite looking healthy, my body was quietly fighting a battle I had no idea about...
In 2016, after more than two decades of working as a nutritionist and fitness coach, I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and Graves’ disease.
My diagnosis made me realize that if it could happen to me, it could happen to anyone.

Luckily, with my work in the wellness industry, I had a front-row seat as I watched women transform their bodies and health with lifestyle and nutrition changes. So, I decided to bet on myself and help my body heal naturally. And that’s exactly what I was able to do. Now I’m on a mission to help as many women as I can with thyroid and hormone imbalances do the same.
